הילטון פורט קולינס (Hilton Fort Collins)

After a very long day, it was nice to be greeted by the friendliest front desk. Danielle was most helpful and really made my day. She saw my exhaustion, gave me water and offered to go get my plate number from my vehicle. That's what I call FIrst Class Service. This hotel is very nice and my room was super clean and cold!

The staff is awful here. Checkin was a mess, they couldn't figure out how to run the card reader properly then they didnt provide the proper forms for tax exempt even though I mentioned it 3 times. The restaurant on site was disgusting and the service horrible. The server took our order and disappeared for 45 minutes to return with food that was very overdone and inedible from being under heat lamps for the entire time. The only staff in the entire building that had any clue was the amazing woman at Starbucks. Do not stay here unless you want screaming kids, broken elevator, horrible food and the most uncomfortable bed and pillows ever.

Nice hotel, and particularly Osaymah at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She is a wonderful person to represent the Hilton brand. She does a great job!

Excellent experience at the Hilton Fort Collins. The hotel is very well located, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with pleasant mountain views. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help throughout my stay. The common areas are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Odd. They got so much right…attractive rooms and lobby, attentive room service, great dining experience, great pricing. Why two stars? A nine floor hotel w one operating elevator meant long waits and packed elevator that stopped on every floor. Maintenance guy told me they are old (1985) and expect 2-3 mos to fix. Management unavailable to talk to me. This is death for the Hilton corporation - how is this tolerable? Sign on broken elevator “Apologies for any inconvenience “ Are you kidding me???

Amazing stay! Rooms clean and beautiful! But leneka sorry if I spelled her name wrong! She was amazing and took such great care of us!
