Kenny, Charnell, and Kim were amazing front desk staff, very kind and caring. Same for the cleaning crew. Room are comfortable and pets stay free!
I really have had a good experience at red roof in Naperville ill. and still here Erika the manager is so helpful kind and makes this experience of being there very good Thanks Erika you rock Juliana and Eric
Kenny provided phenomenal service and was a standup employee. I would absolutely recommend him and this place to anyone I know
Clean room, but TERRIBLE pillows, bring your own pillow!!
I’ve stayed at this Red Roof many times, even for long periods, and it honestly became like a second home for me. The staff is always kind and helpful, but what really stands out is the housekeeping team. I’ve stayed at other Red Roof locations too, and the cleaning staff here does an amazing job. The rooms are always very clean and well cared for. For the price, this hotel offers very good value. The rooms are not overly old and the location is convenient as well. Overall, one of my favorite Red Roof locations and a place I’ve always felt comfortable staying at.
