People treat this hotel like it apartment build

Receptionist joked with me rudely before helping me to my room that smelled of smoke. Also gave me the wrong room apparently and therefore charged me double fees that I never received back. When I called they kept saying they couldn’t find any record of me and that I would have to call the next day. To this day I haven’t received over $100 in fees back. Horrible experience.

Horrible service and lack of communication skills! I made a reservation 3days before check in date. Was told they done have available rooms, I had to cancel my reservation and pad additional fee 88$!!! Horrible

Kenny was a wonderful help bette,made my stay and experience here so much better keeping things fun,light and professional. Outstanding service The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the location—it’s right off I-88

The service was ok I got double charged on the Bookings app the payment system took money off of My cash app card and when I get to the hotel the night staff still charged Me I questioned why if the booking show that it was supposed to be paid ahead of time her reply was than the error is on the Bookings app end I didn't believe her but it is what it is I needed a place to rest not coming back for a stay here again and I won't be using Bookings again also the 50-dollar deposit will take them 3-Days at this Red roof in to get back which I have to see to believe at a Red roof inn at Milwaukee I didn't have any of those issues and when I left I got My deposit back the same day I left. the transaction pictures speak for there selves Update I believe the issue was resolved My Bank account was showing a pending transaction like a week after and it does that adding money back or taking out money this time I believe it was refunding the extra charge.

The experience was awesome the receptionist Kim was awesome she made me and my family feel at home, great attitude, good spirit, love helping people at the hotel even going out her way to help others which I witnessed myself! So thanks Kim! We had a great time at red roof plus!!
