OutFest פילדלפיה הוא פסטיבל הקולנוע הלהט"בי השנתי של העיר, שמתקיים מדי אוקטובר באולמות במרכז העיר וב-Gayborhood. כאחד הפסטיבלים הקוויריים הוותיקים בחוף המזרחי, OutFest מקבץ סרטים עלילתיים, סרטי תעודה וקצרים מיוצרים בארה"ב ומחו"ל, ומקרין יצירות הנעות בין רכישות מסחריות לעבודות ניסיוניות וקהילתיות שלא היו מוצאות אחיזה אחרת בעיר. הפסטיבל מונע על ידי תוכן ולא היגיון מסחרי, וכולל פאנלים, מפגשים עם יוצרים ואירועי קהילה לצד ההקרנות. הוא פועל במסורת של פסטיבלים קוויריים כאירועי בניית קהילה: הקהל בכל הקרנה הוא חלק מהנקודה כמו הסרט עצמו. הקרנות מתקיימות ב-Philadelphia Film Centre ובאולמות שותפים ב-Gayborhood.
