My favorite place in the city - the staff are lovely, the experience is unmatched. Sauna's get hot and steamy, a truly transcend restoration. The cold plunge gets down there, often 46-52 degrees, awakening your body. Massages are peaceful as heck.
Went for a massage today for 2 ppl and one sauna. Arrived and they did not have the masseuse available. We opted for one sauna and one massage. The sauna was not hot and took 30 mins to break a sweat. The massage was quite good. Not sure how you miss the massage booking given we had two intake texts but it was avoidable on their end. Quality of massage carried the three stars

I love Formation and recommend them whenever one of my friends is looking for a new sauna or massage therapist! I've worked with Kate for over 2 years now and always leave my massages feeling refreshed. She gives practical advice for maintenance between appointments, which I greatly appreciate as someone whose job involves a lot of functional movement! The sauna and cold plunge offerings are top-tier--the facilities themselves are clean and well-kept and the environment overall is extremely cozy.
Always a wonderful experience. The space is calming, clean, and welcoming. Would recommend for both sauna and massages.
