Open Door Health

Open Door Health is Rhode Island's LGBTQ+ community health center, a project of the Rhode Island Public Health Institute that opened in 2020. Located in Providence, it provides HIV and STI testing and treatment, PrEP, primary care, and gender-affirming care including hormone therapy and referrals for surgery, alongside legal document support. The clinic centers queer and trans patients and is a key health anchor for the LGBTQ+ community across the state.
