Between rounds of heat, plunge into the healing ocean salt water or our cedar & stainless steel cold plunge tank. Open year-round, rain or shine — there's nothing else like it. Evening sunset sessions available daily. We also offer an indoor yoga studio with windows overlooking the bay.
