Loved this experience so much!!

Such an incredible experience at the beach sauna in Provincetown today. Chase, the owner, was genuinely one of the most hospitable, kind, and authentic people I’ve met. You can feel the care and intention behind the entire experience the moment you walk in. The space itself is absolutely beautiful — immaculate, peaceful, and overlooking the water with the most calming atmosphere. The staff was warm and welcoming, the facility was spotless, and the overall vibe was just magic. It felt like a true safe space to relax, reset, and breathe. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ptown looking for something special. I’ll definitely be back.

The sign in front said "come in and say hi", so I did. Hours later I had taken a yoga class, a cold plunge in the ocean, all interspersed while sitting in the sauna to warm up between plunges. Staring at a view that look like a painting capped off a fantastic Saturday. Lots of gratitude for a wonderful experience. Thanks guys!

The best sauna experience!! We did the cold plunge in the ocean and we got to see the sunset from the barrel. The next morning we did yoga with Adri, an amazing instructor, haven’t had a good class like this in a long time!

We did the sauna and cold plunge - I was scared at first to try the cold plunge but it was really fun and relaxing. Will definitely come back to try yoga and definitely for the sauna again!

I had an amazing experience here. Using the sauna for the first time was super easy and the process was explained clearly. A very cute and relaxing vibe I would definitely recommend stopping by!
