HIV Alliance is the Oregon HIV non-profit, and its Salem office in north-east Salem serves Marion and Polk counties. It offers HIV and hepatitis C testing, help getting PrEP, case management and syringe services. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
