Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown

We enjoyed our stay at the Indigo. This property is well maintained and the staff is friendly.

Cool building in the heart of the town. Cute and updated rooms!

Staff and room were good. Only issue I really had was that I didn’t realize the hotel was right next to a train track and our window was close to it and kept waking up anytime a train came by which was often.

Celebrated our 22 wedding anniversary recently and they surprised us with wine, candy and treats! Always a great stay-We stay every few months and are diamond elite. Restaurant has great food live jazz and awesome drinks

The 2-bedroom suite is without a window, a complete dark room. Carpet is really old, filthy and dirty looking. Front desk service is horrible. No smiles No apology when sth. is wrong. Our suite was left uncleaned for a whole day and the front office lady just calmly told us there’s nothing else she can do but send some new towels up. Not a word of sorry and she’s actually feeling she’s already helped by offering new towels and was “disappointed” at us being furious with the situation. In our 50-year experience with hotels all over the world, this is the worse experience of all. Not to mention, Indigo is not just some Motels, it’s a high end hotel chain under a supposedly prestigious hotel brand IHG. We are completely blown away by the reception staff here.

Loved this place. Staff was awesome rooms are great. Very clean and spacious. The restaurant/ bar was amazing as well. Its a beautiful building loved it there.

I started booking rooms at Hotel Indigo for our out of town consultants and guests about a year ago. The guests always request to return to Hotel Indigo on subsequent visits and the client service and hospitality the staff at Indigo demonstrate is top notch! Always a pleasure to book and stay at Hotel Indigo!

My stay was fantastic. We got caught in the storm while camping and needed a room same day.I accidentally booked the wrong dates online. The person I talked to on the phone fixed everything and got us a room. The person I talked to in the promotions department was very understanding. We will be back next time we visit Spokane. Front desk staff was very helpful. Honor, the bartender was a delight. My room was clean. Brandon was really fast with valet. The morning staff were just as helpful as the evening staff. Our coffee was good. I have zero complaints and we had an exceptionally great experience. The customer service was phenomenal. We will be back!

The hotel makes a great impression from the outside and the reception area is also very inviting. Valet parking is available for $30 per night. The rooms are smaller than advertised on Booking.com; the 33 square meters for the standard room is definitely incorrect (max. 24 square meters)! We had room 206, which overlooked the wall that concealed the railway tracks. It was so noisy all night that sleep was virtually impossible. At checkout, no one asked how our stay was; we asked about it ourselves, but there was little response.

Customer service was great at this hotel. Our (2) rooms did not have a mini refrigerator, we needed them because we were there for 3 days. The staff reached out to me and asked how my stay was going. They followed up with me and provided two of my rooms with the mini refrigerator. Thank you Austin for taking care of my request. Rooms and atmosphere was nice and I would stay there again! Thank you!
