The room I got was pretty big with a nice big bed which was nice. One thing it didn't have which I wish I did was a fridge. There is a microwave and the lobby which is nice but better to have in the room. I'm giving this a three star mainly because when I stayed here a 3 weeks ago, I had left three unopened drinks and some unopened snacks that I placed nicely on the side table with a note that said they were unopened. I was then charged a fee for leaving the room a mess/disarray. I'm a clean person. I like to leave places as if it was my home. I could have loaded the tiny trash cans with these things and it would have been then same as leaving them on a table. What's the difference? I didn't want the perfectly good items to go to waste. Should I leave them on the street out front for the house less community in the city next time? I feel like this was just a way to get extra money out of someone. I understand if the room was unreasonably messy to charge a fee but it was not and I was there for almost a week so regular use of a room happens. You better bet I'll be filming the room when I arrive and on check out if I ever come back. I advise you to do the same

If it wasn’t for the restaurant, I would give it a 4. The Rooms are very nice; comfortable, clean, roomy and nicely decorated. They even give earphone to block out noise. Nice touch. Location is great too. Walking distance from the waterfalls, shopping. The restaurant was the let down. Service sketchy, and my one order had an 6” hair strand. Not cool.
