The room itself, location, and convenience were all great. But there was one major problem: Noise. A garbage truck came by every morning between 5-6 AM (literally as early as 5AM) and slammed a dumpster around outside my window. It was extremely loud and woke me up every day. They need to invest in better windows or soundproofing. If it weren’t for that, the place would be great, but that was bad enough that I wouldn’t stay there again

I have stayed with them on & off the last couple years as temporary housing. They’re one of the better ones in the area, also compared to some awful extended stay of America you get over on the west side of our state. I like that it’s more of an actual luxury apartment style furnished that actually makes it worth staying especially their smaller rooms. I’ve felt more comfortable staying with them over some others in the area. Their customer service is really nice & professional. Although you can still hear traffic it’s still good over some other temp places I’ve stayed. It’s also closer to transit, coffee shops which is really convenient.

It's essentially a very nice apartment rented like a hotel. There's a full kitchen, bathroom, and a clothes washer and dryer in the room, so it has everything you need for a long or short-term stay. Conveniently located right downtown, but the area is fairly quiet. There is no housekeeping provided with the base rate, but it is available if needed or wanted. I actually like this option since I don't need housekeeping for short-term stays.

This place was exactly what we needed while my mother was in the hospital. They were very easy to work with and were able to make changes if needed. We appreciated their hospitality.
