Tiki Lodge

I was looking for an inexpensive room close to where I needed to be in the morning. This fit the bill. The room was bigger than I expected, it was pretty clean, and the bed was more comfortable than other recent motel stays and with better lighting. Staff was pleasant.

It was good except that my hot water stopped working in the morning. Also close to a train station.

The staff here were really nice. Its definitely safer, nicer, and more pleasant than staying at apple tree or motel 6. The rooms weren't perfect-it's an older motel. But the price was cheap so I would say worth it for sure!

This place has to be closed and never be delivered a permit for hospitality or lodging. Avoid this place as of the nouce of trains and not secured area. You can sleep in your car or mcdo is worthed.

The room had bedbugs, the TV didn't work, no hot water, shower didn't work, and the pillows were awful! Not a good experience at all.

This motel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The property felt unsafe the moment I arrived, with obvious signs of illegal activity happening openly around the premises. There were people loitering in the parking lot and hallways at all hours, and it was clear that drug-related activity was a serious issue here. I never once felt secure during my stay. What made things even worse was the behavior of the security staff. Instead of helping guests feel safe, they were rude, dismissive, and at times outright hostile. When I raised concerns about the environment, I was met with attitude and no real effort to address the situation. It felt like they were more interested in brushing things off than actually doing their job. The room itself didn’t offer any relief—poorly maintained, not properly cleaned, and overall very uncomfortable. Between the noise, the unsafe atmosphere, and the unprofessional staff, it was impossible to relax. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. There are far better and safer options out there.

It's been forever since I was even near this place I was just with someone whom needed some gas at the little gas station near the tiki lodge he also knew a few people he spoke to outside on the side of the motel who were staying there at that time, when i had gone in the past with another friend I didn't personally never have rent a rm from this motel myself but I have had a few friends who did(it's cheap to get a rm for the night,months,etc) The Motel has been around here in Spokane Wa for a very time to my knowledge so its pretty old don't no the shape of how the rooms are a lot homeless are hanging around it these days so it's probably not as in the greatest shape renting rms as I speak today as it once was in the past & newer TY..

A dump. The place is occupied by some pretty poor unfortunate souls, and their refuge is all over the property. There are abandoned vehicles, bed bugs, and poor management. They rarely provide room service, and blame the patrons for the state of things. I would never rent a room here.

If your pressed its a cheap place to stay, in desperate need of an update. Bedding is really old, pillows were almost non existent. The lot was clean, minus the dumpster diver and transients. The wifi was strong. We little sleep with the train and freeway noise. I do not recommend staying here

Very good and swift service. No problem getting a room for a couple nights.
