I really love these hotels

Very nice accommodation, however, out of 3 occupied bedrooms, each had a problem, water leak or air conditioning problem, zero in terms of owner's responsiveness in proposing a solution, air conditioning repaired after 4 days.

The location itself was fine. However, the service was a huge disappointment. We had a reservation for three nights, and on the second day, we received a call explaining that, due to an error on their part, we could only stay two nights. They said they would immediately find us alternative accommodation with equivalent amenities and that a driver would accompany us. We returned from our walk a few hours later, and they told us again that they would make the call, then there were no available options, then no equivalent services, and finally they gave us contact information for an Airbnb to contact ourselves… At check-out, there was no manager, no one to apologize, no compensation or discount, and no driver… I am extremely disappointed with this establishment.

Safe location in the most popular area in Dakar for night life, bars, restaurants etc. the area is not disturbed by music etc.. love the on site Italien restaurant. And the owners and the staff is doing a great job to make u feel home and comfortable.

A very pleasant and well-maintained guesthouse close to shops, banks, and the Brioche Dorée roundabout for taxis. The breakfast was very generous (included in the price), and the house was very quiet, even in August. Communication was very flexible; we could arrive at any time. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was a real plus. The location was also very secure. For our first time in Dakar, this made our trip much easier, and we will definitely be back.

Villa Francesca is a pleasant, clean, and very welcoming place. The staff and owners are very attentive and respectful. The food is very good, clean, and refined, and at very affordable prices. I recommend you pay a visit; you won't regret it.
