What type of venue does let you have a drink in the dance floor absolutely ridiculous

I think the security guy in the RNB section of the club tonight was racist or maybe just stupid/ignorant. For some reason, he saw me, and decided to come and stand behind me, I left immediately and regretted paying my money to enter such a place. Disgraceful behaviour by this security person. I went to Su Casa, which was a much more better experience.

We were followed by security from the time we arrived , my friend and I were having a great night talking to people but security were making us uncomfortable it seemed like he had it in for us from the time we arrived. We had had two drinks each and apon walking up the stairs from the garden security said Q. “Where are you going “ A .“To the bar to get a drink Security “No you’re not you are intoxicated “ A .But we have only had two drinks Security -You can leave A. are you serious? Security “Get out” Me to my friend okay let’s go there are plenty of other places to go. We started leaving security was right on top of us pushing his shoulder into me from behind as we were walking towards the door. Security then got into my ear “THIS IS MY FKG CLUB GET OUT it just came out of nowhere. I then pushed him back away from me I didn’t like being stalked threatened and intimidated both physically and verbally it was overwhelming we were leaving with out any drama or resistance. The security guard then attacked me we rolled into my friend he then started beating my friend they disappeared around the corner near the office stairs . I went around the corner my friend was laying on the floor not moving and surrounded by blood near his head,the security guard looked panicked holding a folded towel on my friends head . I walked towards my friend I thought he was dead he wasn’t moving I was calling his name walking towards him , then I felt a whack in my lower back the other security guard he had been whispering to on and off all night while looking at either myself my friend or both of us ,kicked me in the lower back . I fell to the ground he was on top of me pushing my face into the ground I couldn’t see my friend as he had my head facing in the opposite direction. The police came my friend went to hospital the hospital said when I arrived they weren’t sure if he had a neck or spinal injury. I before I eventually arrived at the hospital was arrested and sent to the police beat and locked up then released after a couple of hours. We went to court they admitted fault in regards to my freind and the police officer that was looking after my friend said ecsseive force . After I stood up in court I left thinking it is clear cut to me we were intimidated stalked threatened and were being pushed around by the security guard . I pushed him back because of the overwhelming intimidation and just wanted some space from him we were leaving peacefully anyway there was no need for all of the dubious and unsavoury ,standover behaviour from security. So when I left I didn’t stay for the end result I mean come on anyone would have felt the same way any judge surely can see that, but unfortunately I ended up with a fine over 3,000 dollars and by the time I found that out it was too late to fight it . The two security guards on that night abused their position and should be ashamed of themselves the lawyer has said security there don’t have a good name. And those people are supposed to be keeping the community safe bs.

There were two straight guys who were making the vibes uncomfortable, so much so that my friend and I left after 2 drinks They were like 'being here doesn't make me gay or anything' 'it isnt gay' and laughing loudly like that's hilarious, various iterations of that, and they were super loud. No staff seemed to dismiss this talk, despite it being close to the bar upstairs. They did end up going downstairs just before we left, but they definitely killed the atmosphere, which sucks cause I was here with my friend group for Halloween (2025) and it was good vibes all around and I was so looking forward to coming back, but for a supposedly LGBTQ praised space, it doesn't give that

We all know how bad and boring the club scene is in Brisbane but is it too much to ask for the have at least one good DJ for on one of your many floors? Why is it all mainstream trash all night long?

I love this place. One entry fee n multiple levels of music 🎶 I love that there's something for everyone of all age's. As for the food n drinks there i can't comment on as we did indulge unfortunately. Would recommend it to anyone ❤️❤️❤️❤️
