My fiancé and I recently stayed at The Langham Melbourne and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Carl at the front desk, who truly made our stay memorable. Carl was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after, making us feel valued as guests rather than just another booking. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist with any request made a real difference to our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently delivers such exceptional customer service with a genuine smile. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location, but it was Carl’s outstanding service that really stood out and elevated our experience. Thank you, Carl, and the entire Langham team. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Melbourne.

We had the most amazing overnight stay here. Room was amazing. Bed was amazingly comfy. Had the best view overlooking the river and flinders street station and the city, especially at night. Fast checkin and check out. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Everything was just great. Will be back.

Bit of a mixed bag. Great facilities, nice room and bed. I was in a river view king superior, it was a bit of a stretch to describe as a river view.. if I stood in the corner of the room it worked! Slow check in. Dont expect to swim in the pool its small and busy. Great location.

Best place to stay in Melbourne Get treated like royalty.

Had a wonderful experience this weekend at the Langham hotel and also at Melba restaurant. We were served by a chef named Bhatt who went over and above for us. The buffet is a 10/10 and the attention to detail from all the wait staff was also outstanding. Thank you A+

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was great, the buffet dinner at Melba is a must and be sure to get the buffet breakfast too. Everything is so delicious. The freshly made omelette was amazing. One thing I have to mention is the amazing pineapple and ginger Jam that chef Vy makes in house for breakfast. It’s delicious Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Very special evening, in a luxurious setting. The atmosphere was refined but def intimate which made it very memorable. Attentive & impeccable service, a perfect blend of elegance & warmth.

My partner and I stayed at The Langham for his birthday. When you first step in it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are exceptional. Thank you to the lovely English woman on front desk who gave us an upgrade to a beautiful suite as it was my partners birthday. Even sent a yummy birthday cupcake to our room. The room was perfect with an amazing city view and bed was so comfortable. The buffet breakfast is amazing and caters for everyone. If I could give more higher star rating I would. Can’t wait to go back…
