Review Update After Issues Were Resolved: After informing the hotel, we received good care and several solutions were offered. We understood and appreciated the appropriate treatment, but due to the long hours that had passed and our need to rest, we did not request a room change or additional cleaning. We commend the hotel's proactive approach in addressing the problems and their efforts to make guests comfortable during their stay. ________________________________________________ The room was quite small, but had complete amenities. The bed was soft but rather saggy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, even at the highest setting. Drinks were only slightly chilled, making it unsuitable for storing food or drinks that require extreme cold. We didn't mention this to reception as we were focusing more on the cleanliness of the room. Our stay was for 6 nights, but on the 5th night, there was no change of blankets or bedding. Reception stated that this had to be requested each time, which we personally found inconvenient and not up to standard service. Normally, when we leave our room, we pack our personal belongings and tidy the room so that staff can clean easily. We didn't expect our stay to hinder the staff's work, and we had high expectations in this regard, as cleanliness is a basic standard reflecting the quality of a hotel. The cleaning staff did not perform well; there was no proper bed making each day. And there was still dust accumulated since the first day of our stay, which we were very displeased with and felt was very dirty. It wasn't worth the money we paid.

extremely well priced hotel with great amenities. they even serve supper free! staff and friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread is also great at a great price point. rooms are clean. a bit noisy but nothing some earplugs can’t solve. the staff are very helpful and i had a great experience here.

great value, amazing location, hi tech rooms, the curtains are 100% light proof, the staff are helpful, they have endless free food in the lobby.

Superb location, clean rooms, and excellent service! The service team is friendly and very helpful! Good spread of breakfast and stay comes with free supper. Highly recommend.
