It's incredibly dirty! I get hives every night when I sleep there. The only advantage is its convenient location.

This hotel is located in Tsim sha Tsui and quite close to temple street..! ✅️ Location quite convenient and in the hustling bustling Market.. ❌️ Dead ppl on the reception..least happy to help ❌️ Keyless system of QR Code printed on paper..it is very difficult and irritating to use... Stay at this place because of the reasonable price and location..do not expect any more.

Hillwood in Hong Kong isn't a hotel for showing off; it's for those who understand the city and want to get around easily without breaking the bank. You're in Kowloon, you step outside and you have everything: food, subway, real life. You're not isolated, and that's worth more than any pretty lobby. The room is compact, like everything in Hong Kong, but well-designed. The blackout curtains work perfectly, which is key here because the city never goes dark. The bed does feel a bit firm; it's not a five-star hotel bed. It's more functional than comfortable, but it's not a disaster either. The bathroom is surprisingly well-designed, clean, and modern, with a terrazzo-style look that gives it personality. It doesn't feel cheap; it feels thoughtful, and that's a big plus. The internet is reliable, no issues; you can work normally, which is essential these days. Now, the honest truth is, there's no breakfast, and that might be a drawback for some, but it also forces you to go out and eat where the real Hong Kong experience is, so I don't see it as a flaw, I see it as a strategic approach. Regarding noise, it depends, but there are comments that the soundproofing isn't the best, so if you're sensitive to that, it might affect you. For $100, this hotel is a solid choice. It's not luxury; it's efficiency, well-located, and stylish. Decent and everything you need to move smoothly; if you understand what you're paying for, it'll be perfect for you.

I have never been in this hotel, I booked a room for couple of nights which cost me around 4600HK$ but then suddenly my country got into a regional conflict. Due to the current unfortunate situation "bombing in my country" i couldn't leave and also the flight operator canceled the destination. I fully understand that i booked a non-refundable room but i was hoping for some understanding! Not coming to your city is not my choice i am forced to stay as no flight operator can leave from our airport and i have an official letter from them stating that the flight is canceled. I messaged you and told you about my situation and you refused to refund and you stated "even if there was a typhoon we will not refund" your lack of empathy is disgusting i am loosing so much money for nothing for reasons beyond my control. I really hope people see this review and know exactly how you do business.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for finding something to eat, and the restaurants around the hotel are quite delicious. The mattress is rated 3/5 for firmness. It had a slight smell, likely from the pillows, a common smell among locals. If you're concerned, I recommend bringing your own pillowcase. Overall, it was okay. The room and view are great. I recommend staying on the 18th floor or higher. Just an update: there are no longer any pubs in the area, so it's very quiet at night and comfortable for sleeping; you don't hear any traffic noise. Overall, it was a good experience. The picture shows the view from the room.

Stayed here from 18th March - 24th March 2026. Booked the room through Agoda and had quite a pleasant stay. One day before I reached HK, I looked up the Google reviews and was pretty scared because of the bad reviews. I stayed at Level 9 and went back almost 11pm-12am everyday. Did not hear any club noises or loud noises around. The room was okay however I don’t think it’s worth the price as there weren’t much amenities. Water can be given more… Cleanliness was okay, bed was not as bad as the other reviews. Overall I had a pleasant stay. The QR code access was quite okay as well, didn’t have to dig my bag for the room card. Location is amazing.

Located near Jodan MTR station, Exit D. A short walk away. Pharmacy and food options are available at the entrance of the alley. Bottled water is cheap at 3 dollars. The room is clean. There are two power outlets by the bed, one in front of the mirror, and one outside the bathroom. A hairdryer is provided. The shower works great, with comfortable hot water. Luggage storage is available.

A bit dusty, but overall okay. The bathroom mirror is very open and super sexy. If you're with friends, it might be awkward. You should bring a type G adapter.

Attention everyone, whether you're sensitive to sound or not! There's a nightclub somewhere nearby, and the music is blasting all night long, it's driving me crazy! After a long day of sightseeing, having to endure a sleepless night makes this trip incredibly tiring. Thankfully, it was only a two-day, two-night trip, and I brought earplugs, but I still couldn't hear it. Right now, my head is about to explode as I leave this message, and I'm in a terrible mood.
