About two weeks ago we were at your sauna and bought a package for a couple: 75 minutes of massage, 30 minutes of jacuzzi and 3 hours of stay in the complex with use of the facilities. We paid full price + weekend supplement — a total of 1,150 NIS per couple. We booked in the morning for the same day: At first they said we could arrive at 3:00 PM, then they called and asked us to arrive at 3:30 PM. And when we arrived, just a moment before payment, the receptionist said that after the massage everything would be closed — meaning that we would only have half an hour of jacuzzi left from the entire “package.” This was very surprising and unfair to me: when you pay full price and a weekend supplement, you expect to receive the entire package, not just part of it. As compensation, they offered us 10 minutes to enter the sauna — that doesn’t really solve the problem. Also, regarding the jacuzzi: we thought it was a jacuzzi in the outdoor/complex area, but in fact it was a regular bathtub with a jacuzzi function in a small, stuffy room — something that many people have at home. It is important for me to note that the massage itself was excellent, really high-level, and for that, thanks to the masseuse. But the overall experience was significantly spoiled by the full price for a package that was not fully provided, and by the gap between the expectation and what we received in the jacuzzi. I hope you will improve coordination and communication in advance and make sure that the customer knows exactly what will be available and at what times

The place itself is well-kept, quiet and creates a calm and luxurious atmosphere, one that allows you to completely disconnect from routine and surrender to the experience. Every little detail is meticulous, and the feeling is of real thought for the comfort and well-being of the guests. There is no doubt that this is a high-level spa, which provides a relaxing, high-quality and unforgettable experience. We will definitely return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real treat in Carmel.

The place is cute, and the massage is nice :) The secretaries/responsible are a little less friendly in my opinion, there is a bit of a disparaging tone in the restrooms Oh, and they didn't let me use the restroom before I left the complex :)

A sweet little spa with the most professional therapist you could ask for - Costa. He found out what treatment was needed and gave it his all. We arrived here after a trip of several days and dozens of kilometers and we were rewarded. Already at the reception, the staff smiles from the heart and does everything to make us feel cared for. The room is spotlessly clean, the thought in the details is evident, there is a coffee machine, a sauna, a jacuzzi and luxurious seating areas with tea, coffee, cookies, music to put you in the mood, lots of greenery, you can stop looking - because you found it.

There is nothing more perfect!!! For 600 NIS accommodation in an amazing, quiet, calm place (Only for couples who want silence) Suitable for alone or couples. Warm, sweet, pastoral design, perfect cleanliness. Very kind. Bomb location, no need to move the car. Bar, coffee, tea, refrigerator in the room, coffee maker in the room too... Sauna, jacuzzi, same price. Breakfast at the Mandarin Cafe was perfect... The location is close to all the restaurants.

Highly recommended place! I bought a package that included a couples massage and a private jacuzzi for half an hour. The place has a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, an aesthetic and designed look, a nice little stand for making coffee and other drinks, seating and everything is quiet and calm. The staff was kind and pleasant, the massage was done by Tzipora and Merav, who were excellent, they communicated with us throughout the treatment, addressed our comments and were simply very pleasant and with a very high level of service awareness. The private jacuzzi room was very nice and included exactly what was promised. In addition, the room had balloons only because I mentioned in the comments that we were coming to celebrate a birthday but I didn't have to ask for anything, big sigh (unless they were there regardless and then they are just balloons). After that, we just stayed in the general area of ​​the place that included a dry sauna and a jacuzzi. In short - a small, high-quality and well-invested place, kind staff and excellent service :)
