One of a kind, special place.

A legendary hotel that will remind (and smell) a bit like a nursing home. Their answer will probably be that they invest a lot, etc., and take the criticism seriously (enough said) but come on guys... we've risen to a higher level in the country and you've been running on the same design for over a decade. Since then, 5-star hotels have opened, and you're stuck in the 90s. Recommended, but the place requires a real redesign, from the ground up, including everything.

The view from the hotel is lovely and so is the garden and pool. But the rest is old and needs renovation. The food has remained the same for at least two years In short, it needs a massive refresh to continue to justify the name and price

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary after years of wanting to come to this hotel. From the entrance in the parking lot you feel like you've arrived at a five-star hotel. Except for the receptionist who welcomed us, who was not professional or nice at all, we had a perfect weekend. The room was large and spacious, the food was varied and rich with excellent service. The massages we had didn't exactly meet the expectations of the industry there and we took them twice because we thought maybe a different therapist... Beyond that, the experience was WOW. We came for the quiet, just as we wanted, to rest, relax, and enjoy the greenery of nature.

This is a beautiful property with all the amenities! We loved it!

Positive: Fresh and varied food at the highest level. Service in the dining room is just fine. The hotel facilities intended for all guests are clean and aesthetic. Negative: The hotel structure and rooms are outdated and far from being luxurious as in other Isrotel chain hotels. Certainly not suitable for the price level. For the information of all guests interested in paid spa treatments: If you do not book a place in advance - there will be no space left when you arrive for vacation. We were at the hotel for 3 nights and they were unable/unable to find a convenient time for me for a standard treatment. Of course, I did not receive any compensation during our stay or at check-out. As a hotel whose ticket is a health and vacation experience, I came with the clear knowledge that I could combine at least one treatment as part of the vacation. Due to the overcrowding in the treatment rooms, this did not happen, despite my repeated requests throughout our stay... My recommendation does not indicate that the place is perfect for a perfect vacation. I would be happy to be surprised by a response with relevant compensation. A resident of Beit Shemesh, which is far from the hotel location.

They really tried to host him like royalty. I am severely allergic to seafood and fish and they assigned me a chef who accompanied me at every meal and explained what was allowed and what was not. In addition, because the massage coincided with the last day of the stay, they agreed to delay our check-out. It was fun and perfect and a wonderful celebration for my birthday 🙏❤️

We had a wonderful experience! And we really enjoyed the Carmel Forests Hotel.

A perfect place, like all Isrotel luxury hotels. Do yourself a favor and don't look for variety in hotels, play it safe and enjoy
