Visitors frequently praise the beautiful grounds, calm atmosphere, and high-level, attentive service from the staff. However, some guests found the spa treatments disappointing for the price, and a few experienced slow or cold food service, with one reviewer noting rooms could use upgrades.

Sometimes service is measured at the most sensitive moments, and at this hotel they apparently forgot that. Just yesterday, due to the difficult security situation, the alarms and the missiles from Iran, I was forced to cancel my reservation with them. A logical and necessary decision on a tense day. This morning, as soon as the situation calmed down a bit, I called them in order to renew the reservation. I wanted to be polite, keep the plans and coordinate for exactly the same days of the week - just one week ahead. In total, a delay of a few days due to force majeure and war. Would you have expected a little understanding? Maybe a kind word about my choosing to return to them immediately? Instead, I was met with complete indifference. The service representative informed me that the price had jumped by about 200 shekels. When I tried to explain to her that I had only canceled yesterday because of the missiles and I was rebooking the same reservation, the answer I received was laconic that it is what it is, that is the price on the website and there is nothing to be done about it... without trying to check, without exercising discretion, without an ounce of service. It is a shame that at a time like this, when you want to support Israeli tourism when it is in crisis, this hotel chooses to charge another 200 shekels for a customer who canceled because of alarms, less than 24 hours after the event. Instead of showing flexibility, they preferred to show me that money is worth more than anything. Very disappointed with the level of service.
