Many thanks to Lilina from the reservations department who was pleasant, professional and attentive. She handled our requests patiently. We were satisfied with the suites and all the service at the hotel. All the employees we met were kind and polite. The food is varied and delicious. Well done to you 🙏

Very nice place, good atmosphere, everything is accessible. But unfortunately the food is served cold, not hot enough.

A nice hotel for families. The pool area is very large, with a variety of water activities and sports, and there is even a gym for children - a significant advantage for families with small children. On the other hand, the rooms are a bit outdated and not quite up to the standard I would expect. The beds and pillows were also uncomfortable in a way that affected the quality of sleep. The breakfast was reasonable. On Friday the selection and quality were better, while on Saturday we felt a drop in quality. Some of the breads were not fresh, and the omelet (which tasted like egg powder) was very disappointing. For the price you pay for the hotel, the expectation is for a higher standard. The point that bothered us the most was the check-out policy on Saturday. The official check-out time is 11:00, while check-in on Saturday only starts at 20:00. The hotel is full of families and religious people who stay until the end of Shabbat (how are they allowed to? Where do they close the rooms? On the Yated Ne'eman website?), so it's not really clear why there isn't more flexibility on the subject. The information about check-out times is also not prominent on the website, and there's no way to extend your stay online, even for a fee. After asking several times, we were allowed to stay until 2:00 PM, but when we asked for an additional extension until 4:00 PM because of a baby who is taking a nap, we were told that this would involve an additional fee. And we had to leave at 12:30 PM. It's a shame, because many hotels in Israel allow late check-outs on Shabbat, sometimes until the afternoon, without the need for arguments or special requests. We live in the center, and for us, a weekend vacation is often only Friday-Saturday, so it's important for us to make the most of Shabbat. When you have to leave at 11:00 AM, you feel like a large part of your vacation is simply wasted. This is not a minor issue for us, but something that will significantly affect the decision to return to the hotel in the future. Overall, the hotel has very good advantages for families, especially in the pool area and children's activities, but there is definitely room for improvement in the rooms, breakfast and especially in the service approach and conduct around check-out on Saturday.

We arrived for two nights, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded and even at no extra cost. The staff as a whole was courteous and professional and answered every request. We will definitely come, sometime, again.
