Cosa dicono i recensori

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and enjoyable amenities like the public bath and late-night ramen. However, many find the rooms to be small for the price, and some mention an expensive cost overall. A notable complaint is the strict no-tattoo policy for the onsen, which surprised some guests.

It was nice that the space was comfortable, but you have to pay accordingly. There is a large public bath, so it is fun to take a hot spring bath whenever needed. It is decent, but expensive. I booked breakfast on the last day, but the restaurant on the second floor gave me a lot of nonsense, saying the date was different and that the payment hadn't been processed at checkout, which really upset me. Is the large room size and the ability to take a hot spring bath in the basement really considered good value for money? I don't think that is the case.

Dormy in Ginza was perfect. I wasn’t sure what to expect but when I enter the room, it was clean and neat. The space is very small but that’s not a problem. The restroom and shower were clean. Shower pressure was strong. There’s a 7eleven very close by if you need to purchase anything.

I paid 49,680 yen for a 2-night stay with no cleaning and breakfast included via the official website. To sum it up, if I ever visit Ginza again for a stay of 3 nights or less, I would be willing to stay here again. While the location might be considered a bit awkward from the station, its quietness is a plus (since there was construction nearby at the time of my stay, it was quiet). It is located just a little way down from the Aloft and Courtyard. Although I stayed in a standard room, it was really well-designed. However, when you first enter, all the doors are closed, which might cause a bit of a mental freeze, but you can feel the space expanding as you open them one by one. If you prefer a firm mattress and pillows, this could be a good choice. Also, their main marketing is the large public bath, and this solves the problem of not having to force a bathtub into the room. I am inherently lazy and my schedule didn't align, so I only visited once on my second night. The quality of the bath is worth the money, so I recommend visiting if you stay here. The noodles served for dinner are like Shoyu Ramen, and it should be just right for those with small appetites. The breakfast menu doesn't change much, but the basics are solid. It's great that fried food is served from the morning that even picky eaters can enjoy. (It felt like a better meal than the international breakfasts at major chain hotels.) I recommend the seafood box and the omelet & fried food. Also, Ginza itself has almost no designated smoking areas. The smoking area on the 2nd floor of the building is a real lifesaver, so smokers should keep that in mind. (No smoking starting from outside the hotel's main entrance.) I usually don't like accommodations with a lot of Koreans, but here I saw many couples and families (mother-daughter, families with children) traveling. Even by foreign standards, it seems to be mainly for two-person trips or families with children. When paying, I wondered if the price was a bit steep, but it reached a level where I thought it was a reasonable price for a fairly well-known local hotel. Also, if you don't bring a power adapter, you will run into trouble, so I highly recommend bringing one.

I used this hotel for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Tokyo. I used a shareholder discount, so I got a discount, but it was still quite expensive. I guess it's because of the location. The room was small for the price. However, what I like about Dormy Inn is the ice cream and the late-night ramen! I enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had the buffet and their famous seafood treasure box! It was piled high with salmon roe and was very luxurious! It was delicious! I was able to relax and unwind! 2026/4/24.25.26

Staff was kind and helpful. The entire hotel is extremely clean. The Onsen and late night Ramen are really special experiences. The products for women in the Onsen are also very nice and made my hair and skin feel lovely. The location is quiet and clean with a lot of greenery and it’s very peaceful. You’re only a 6 minute walk from the iconic Ginza Six area
