From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in was easy, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was way bigger than I expected, it felt more like a real home than a hotel room. It had a living room, two bedrooms, a balcony with a great view, and even a full kitchen with pots, pans, and basic spices. The place was super clean and well-kept. You can tell they take care of it properly. The bed was soft, the bathroom was spotless, and there was even a washing machine which made things very convenient for a longer stay. The location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk from Shin-Kobe Station. I could easily hop on the train to go anywhere in the city. There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so getting food or essentials was no problem at all. It was quiet at night, and I felt very safe the whole time. I really appreciated the little touches like fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, and even some helpful guidebooks in the room. Overall, I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe!
Stayed from April 19th to 22nd. The environment is very family-friendly! Parking is affordable nearby, and the location is perfect for a road trip! The host was friendly and could communicate in basic Chinese. Although the building is not new, the environment is well maintained!
For this price (£360 for 2 nights, it seemed nice, not much left in Kobe)? Spacious apartment, great location, with (almost) everything and the view is perfect! Bus stop right outside. But.. Everything is old, stripped of paint, doors stick, black residue on the sealant edges, the second toilet leaked at the drain. Towels barely dried. Clean but dusty. The elevator refused to work once (a tap on the safety mechanism helped...). Nice with friends, but not with my wife.
Owner was great. The flat for the place and location was huge. All you need. Bus just outside the door.
We are traveling around Japan and we accidentally booked the hotel in November instead of October, but the host Atoo was able to help us out, so we were able to stay at the hotel Seaview. I would highly recommend this place as it has a great view and Atoo even helped us out with a raincoat we forgot to take with us after checking out. Highly recommended!
My 4 month stay with Kazuyo and Atoo’s lovely serviced apartment was the best home I could have asked for in Kobe. They really treated me more than a guest but a daughter. Rooms were homy and complete but the service was top quality with any kind of request being accommodated. I truly recommend this to anyone coming here.
