Hotel Seaview Court Kobe

The owner is a foreigner, but he is very kind. He runs the hotel in partnership with his wife, and they are good friends, so it's a very homey hotel.

The accommodations are spacious, the bus stops right outside, and the owner is friendly. The night view is beautiful. The only downside is the surrounding commercial district...

Mr atoo can't do enough for you. Plus it's on a bus stop that runs straight into the heart of the city. Morning and day, you'll get a bus every 5 or so minutes. Great location, recommend.

As the name suggests, it had a sea view. It felt like a condominium. There was a dining table and tableware in the kitchen. It was separate from the bedroom, which was exciting and spacious, and I enjoyed it. The refrigerator was large, There was also a toaster, microwave, and kettle in the room. I thought it would be great for a family summer vacation or a multi-day stay, being able to explore various places. It's a bit of a walk, but toward Shin-Kobe Station, there's a Lawson and Mini-Coop. A 15-minute walk down the hill from Kasuganomichi Station, there's a shopping street with prepared foods, side dishes, and sushi restaurants. I wish I'd stopped by the spice shop on the first floor on my way home. I wonder if it was closed on a regular day or during the day? I'd definitely like to shop there again next time. ☺️

I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but honestly, the room was covered in dust and the bathroom had black mold, so I think the cleaning was inadequate. The sheets and towels were clean and properly laundered. The owner seemed like a nice person and was happy to help when I contacted them. Perhaps because the building is old, I couldn't sleep because I could hear other guests talking late at night. Since I was staying during a long weekend, you could say it was worth the price, but I felt this price was a bit high for a room without meals.

I was surprised to find a bus stop right in front of the facility with buses running every five minutes! It's incredibly convenient for getting to Sannomiya! Everything we needed was provided, and we were able to cook, which made my friend and I really enjoy ourselves. Thank you so much for providing the seasonings! 😊
