Petit Hotel Kobe
Visitors frequently praise the Petit Hotel Kobe for its excellent location, being a short walk to ski lifts and amenities, and for its friendly, helpful staff. However, some guests found the rooms to be very small and lacking storage, while others complained about noise from a nearby karaoke bar and weak Wi-Fi.

Although it's located in an entertainment district, the room is quiet (though the first floor where you check in is noisy with the sound of karaoke singing). There's a convenience store nearby. Checking in requires filling out a lot of information on a tablet, which can be quite difficult during hot weather. Personally, the mattress is too soft, so I'd avoid returning.
The facilities themselves were fine. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but if you don't mind that, it's fine. However, the karaoke bar below is really loud. You can hear it until after midnight. Also, I don't have high hopes for the hotel's Wi-Fi, but the signal was too weak and slow.
It's a garbage can.
