I've stayed at other Comfort Hotels several times. I always look forward to the breakfast buffet. Not only is the food delicious, but they also use local ingredients and dishes, and there's so much to eat that I can't possibly try it all in one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is a constantly evolving hotel chain. The on-site parking is a bit small, but there are affiliated parking lots. The rooms are exceptionally functional, and it seems they truly understand and cater to guests' needs. Comfort has been my go-to chain in Japan for many years already. I've always been impressed at how they continue to adapt to people's habits and feedback on what they find useful in their accommodations. This particular location is centrally located within a few minutes' walk from Sannomiya, the heart of Kobe. The rooms consist of modular blocks that could be used for sitting or propping up luggage. The room also wastes no space or energy by having racks and an on/off button for the refrigerator. I found everything almost perfect. The only issues might be: The beds are comfortable, but the blankets are slightly too thick, requiring the air conditioner to be turned on at full blast. The pillows are also very flat and low.

The room was very clean and spacious! They quickly provided everything we needed, and the breakfast quality was excellent! It was a quiet hotel where we could relax and stretch out! Two elementary school children and two adults! For reference.

I stayed for several nights. There's a library cafe where you can read books and enjoy free drinks during opening hours. It seems you can use it even after check-out, which is great for waiting or relaxing.
