Beautiful and spacious, close to everything! Truly wonderful!

Perfect as travel house

It was really great. First of all, the transportation was convenient, with easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. It was very good with no inconveniences regarding the washing machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room was spacious and very nice for a group of three.

Great place to stay! Quick walk from Nakano station in a very quiet neighborhood. There is no attendant at the front desk, so be mindful of that if you’re planning to use a luggage forwarding service. You will need to send or receive from a konbini or actual luggage storage storefront. Other than that, the location is prime, you feel like a local, and there are lots of izakayas and konbinis on the walk from the station to pick up any last minute snacks or dinner. Nakano Broadway is also very close by with lots of food and shopping options. The actual property is very nice, modern, and has a bunch of amenities including a personal washer/dryer. There is surprisingly no bidet attachment for the toilet, however the seat is heated.

I have stayed at Court Residence Tokyo Nakano on 2 trips to Japan and both times it was a comfortable stay with everything I needed. Great location with easy access to public transport, restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time here, this time for 1 month. All good, the room has everything you need. They will provide anything house-related you ask. Location about 5 minutes from station.

The room was cleaner and nicer than I expected. Although it's close to the station, there are also restaurants just outside the room, which is convenient. I'd love to stay here again!
