Words can not describe how truly amazing this hotel was! I was in awe the entire time, from the stunning views of central beyrut, the food, the service, and the luxury. I wish I can put more than 5 stars especially for the wonderful , kind, and friendly staff. I loved this hotel so much that I am going to re-book it for my next holder in December! Absolutely love love love it

The worst experience

Great Hotel in the downtown, wholly renovated around a year ago. Too exoensive due to its location and 5 star services. Padam restaurant inside it has a slow service. The pool on the roof is small, however nice. Security of hotel is outstanding.

My stay at The Gray Hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every aspect of the hotel had been carefully designed with guests’ comfort in mind. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They greeted guests with sincere smiles, were always available to help, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay, adding a personal touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. The Gray Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Its combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional cleanliness, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding customer service created an unforgettable stay. It is rare to find a hotel where every element comes together so seamlessly, but The Gray Hotel accomplishes this effortlessly. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and truly first-class experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

This has always been a long-time favorite of mine in Beirut, and I hadn't been back in a few years. It's been completely revamped with a new lobby, although the rooms are the same but refreshed with reupholstered furniture. I think anyone should consider this one of their top options. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first day, and it seems to have been resolved now, so thank you to the management for finally dealing with it.

Amazing location & ambiance .. It is not by chance that le Gray is the first lebanese hôtel member of the " Leading Hôtels of the World" .. well earned
