Hue Hotels and Resorts Boracay

Had such a wonderful stay at Hue Hotel Boracay! Special thanks to Alemar for making our breakfast experience extra enjoyable. He was always so accommodating, attentive, and consistently served us with a warm smile. We truly appreciated how well he took care of us. Excellent service like this makes the experience even more memorable.

We really enjoy our stay here in Hue Hotel because of the very nice place, the pool, very clean room, all the staffs are really friendly, from the FO, the guards, lifeguards, the bartenders, the staff at the dining esp named Patrick who is very accomodating to us and he is always smiling.

Check-in was fast, and they gave us a welcome drink. It was a bit bland or tasteless, but it worked fine for cooling down and shaking off the travel fatigue. The front office staff were great - very articulate and explained all the details clearly during check-in. The housekeeping staff always smiled and were helpful. You really feel welcomed. Their buffet breakfast was good with lots of choices, so you’ll definitely leave full. Our favorite was the French toast. It’s super relaxing to have breakfast while looking out at the pool view. The hotel key is also really convenient since it’s just a bracelet, and it’s waterproof. No need to worry about losing it or digging for a key every time you come back. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from D’Mall, but it’s walkable to the beach - around 3-4 minutes. It’s also close to Talipapa/wet market, where you can buy a lot of souvenirs, including along the street from the hotel to the beach. The hotel room was good - cool and comfortable. If you need anything, you can just request it from housekeeping. You can even borrow towels for the beach. Big thumbs up for our last day: breakfast was supposed to start at 6 AM, but they let us eat at 5:40 AM since we had an early checkout for our flight. Thanks, Hue Hotel, for the fun and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Went on a vacation last April 3–6. I had my airport transfer booked on March 30, but they failed to notify and arrange the concierge. I waited more than an hour at the airport for the concierge, and the receptionist I was talking to did not even apologize and didn’t seem to care at all. Also, the fact that I received my receipt confirmation for the concierge on April 7 means I had already gotten back home 🤣
