We had a great time at Jony’s Hotel. It’s a charming boutique Hotel with an excellent service and efficient staff that wers very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast takes place in a nice restaurant in front of the White Sand Beach. Everyone served us so kindly, special thanks to Mr. Tony who was always ready to help us. The rooms are exactly as the pictures and the room were very clean and tidy. I would certainly come back.

The hotel restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are excellent, the orange juice at breakfast is so-so; I'd replace it with something else, but that's okay; you can order a smoothie as an extra. The staff is very friendly, the entry into the water is nice and smooth, and there are plenty of shops and other establishments nearby. The second station is just a stone's throw away. There's a church nearby, which is a very pleasant place to be. There are several nearby reefs right across from the beach where you can see fish.

Tried the tuna sandwich and really liked it! The property is right on the beach, and the outdoor views are great. Just a heads up, it’s scorching from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM because of the direct sun, so try to snag a table under the trees for some shade.

A Relaxing, Hassle-Free Stay Right by the Beach THE VIBE & CHECK-IN The unassuming small hotel building is surprisingly neat, featuring a wonderfully air-conditioned lobby where you can comfortably discuss the details of your stay. It has a relaxed vibe that is perfectly suited for couples and families. THE ROOM Our room was spacious and everything worked exactly as intended. The only exception was the Wi-Fi, which was sluggish and a bit annoying. However, we didn't end up using it much since the beach is literally right across the street. THE FOOD & LAYOUT Jony's is split between two buildings: one houses the hotel itself, and the other is a restaurant and bar situated right on the white sand, providing a highly scenic view of the water. The food there was really good, especially their natural fruit shakes. We had breakfast included with our two-night stay, but we also tried dinner there and it was fantastic. THE LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS (STATION 1) There are a few annoyances worth mentioning that are not the fault of the hotel, but rather just the reality of the Station 1 area: - The Crowds: The beach here can get quite crowded. Lying down on the sand can feel a bit off-putting with people constantly walking around your spot, making it hard to truly relax. It’s easy to leave your belongings at the hotel, grab a towel, and go for a swim, but lounging on the sand afterward isn't very peaceful. - The Noise: It can be loud. Every single bar blasts its own music, meaning you might hear one song in your left ear and a completely different one in your right. Party boats also add to the noise pollution, and we even had stray cats crying throughout the night. - The Silver Lining: Despite the noise and crowds, Station 1 is actually considered the calmest public region of Boracay outside of the private beaches. Jony's sits in an absolute sweet spot: right between this "calmer" stretch of beach and the crazy, heavily populated D'Mall street market where you can go for endless eats and treats. PRO TIP I strongly recommend getting a Swedish massage in your room. It is the absolute perfect way to unwind after a long day full of physical activities on the island.
