The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. There was no judgment at all—just kindness, respect, and genuine care. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile, which made me feel comfortable and less anxious throughout the process. I also appreciated the small gestures, such as offering snacks and coffee, which helped create a safe and relaxing environment. Special thanks to the doctor who assisted me. You were calm, patient, and very kind. You explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who may be feeling nervous about getting tested.
