Eclipse Legend Hotel

I love the Old Quarter, and the hotel is a great option for first-time travelers like me.

Very thoughtful and complete, clean, and conveniently located right on the pedestrian street at night.

Convenient location, close to the lake and the old town, easy to find, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The hospitality and the help from Lisa was incredible :)

The people who worked there were nice, but the hotel itself was not very good. There was broken glass near the body soap and shampoo holder, and it was unusable, so we had to put everything on the floor. The fridge was also broken — you couldn’t even close it properly.

Truly an incredible stay at Eclipse. My friend and I felt very accommodated for, the staff were very helpful in pre-arrival communication. We utilized their service for travelling to and from the airport which was seamless. We kept our baggage with the hotel while we travelled outside of the city for a few days, and upon our arrival, they had put it in our room for us. Rooms were clean and large. The location was right in the city, without being in the heart, with food and drink very nearby. If I ever return to Hanoi I will definietly be staying with Eclipse again.

Nothing crazy bad to say, just small details like the shower pressure is not good( they have the shower gel in the floor bc the glass stand it’s kinda broken (they should change it instead of put the items in the floor )…good option if you want a low price hotel tho

I've been here before, the hotel is great, and the breakfast is delicious.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is nearby the lake which makes it very convenient to go around the most touristy places by walk. The room is slightly small but that is what you can expect near the old quarters

Location was perfect. The hotel is situated on a not so busy street but is very near to famous attractions in Hanoi.

Really people in the reception all the days we were there. Rooms was fine for the price. We had a window and there were also an emergency exit window from the room.
