Yerevan Place

I really enjoyed my stay at Yerevan Place Hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the overall food was very good with a nice variety. I was especially happy with the laundry service, very convenient and well organized.

I paid for dry cleaning in advance, as the hotel required. The service wasn't completed properly, and I didn't receive a refund. Despite promises of a refund, I still haven't received anything. Now I'm forced to waste my time disputing the payment through my bank to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional and downright greedy. I don't recommend dealing with them.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with heating. Cleaning is daily. Breakfasts are also good. Very convenient location.

Great hotel in the city center.

It's beautiful, they clean, and they provide water. Cons: price, no refrigerator, microwave, or dishes.

The hotel is wonderful. Its main advantage is its location. It's right in the city center, just steps from Republic Square. It's all within walking distance of the Cascade, the Opera House, Vernissage, the Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator, the Blue Mosque, and the Church of Our Lady of Katoghike. Plus, there are plenty of taxis in the area – they'll take you anywhere within half a minute. The quality and amenities of the rooms are also excellent. They provide toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and more. The quality of the slippers is better than at the Radisson or Marriott. There's a huge TV. There's an ironing board and iron. The bed is comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. There's a minibar and in-room dining. Overall, a very good four-star hotel. We liked this hotel better than the five-star Radisson Blu near Victory Park. The breakfasts are also excellent, with a decent selection and something new every day.

We liked everything about this hotel especially the location. It's the best, right behind Republic Square. We walked to all major attractions such as Cascade Complex, Vernissage Market, Saint Gregory Church, North Avenue, Yerevan opera house and many more. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and overall our stay was wonderful at this hotel. Highly recommended!

I stayed here last year (summer 2024). It was a prime location right next to Republic Square and the epicenter of Yerevan. The suite was very nice and clean, the room service was excellent, and the cleaning staff was always more than happy to help us whenever we were ready. The staff was very nice especially Maryam and Andre. They spoke English well and the food and drinks they serve are delicious the only thing I would say is that they were really expensive but you can't expect less at an international hotel I guess 🤷🏻😂
