It was nice experience with this hotel the stuff was amazing friendly and helpful the rooms too clean the location was amazing
We stayed for two nights and also opted for a late checkout, which costs half the room rate until 7:00 PM. The location is conveniently located near the city center, right on the main square; you just need to go through the arch. The airport is also relatively close, but be aware of traffic jams; if you're traveling during rush hour, the journey can take 30-40 minutes. Without traffic, it took about 15 minutes. The rooms have everything you need. There are some issues with soundproofing: a family with children stayed across from us, and we could hear absolutely everything, as if they were in the room with us. The hotel is undergoing renovations; we learned about this upon arrival, which started at 10:00 AM, but we were on a high floor and could barely hear anything. Our cards were blocked because they didn't extend our access after paying for a late checkout, but the issue was quickly resolved. The bathroom door doesn't close tightly, so using the bathtub/toilet can be uncomfortable. We used the lobby restaurant, and the grilled chicken was delicious, but many menu items were unavailable; it's best to check what's available. When we checked out, the hotel lights were flickering, so we had to wait a bit. The courtyard is quite busy during the day, with lots of cars in the parking lot.
Super hotel
I have been staying recently at Place hotel Jerevan with a tourist group. And what a wonderful time we had. Hotel grounds are beautiful, breakfast and dinner (that we ordered separately) was very delicious...thank you Sergis for our delicious dinners. And above all, thank you, thank you Julietta for all your help and professionalism organizing every detail for our group visit. Keep up the good work and see you next time with a new group.
Great place to stay in Yerevan. The service was top-notch, and the staff were very helpful. The room was spotless. Breakfast was enjoyable with good options. Laundry service was reliable and convenient.
Very nice hotel with professional staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection. I also appreciated the laundry service, which was fast and reliable. The location made it easy to explore the city.
