When we were about to check in, their entire system went down, so we had to wait to check in until 6pm even though we had paid for early check in. Plus no air con and the area the place is located in can only be compared to Mumbai slums
Excellent hotel at a price that doesn't exist
The hotel room was dirty and the furnishings were dilapidated, especially in the bathroom. The neighborhood was also particularly dirty and had a bad reputation. There was a lot of noise in the street, even at night. The €15 per day parking option was no longer available, so we found a private parking lot nearby (after reading reviews from people whose cars had been broken into overnight). The staff we encountered were, however, very friendly: it takes a lot of courage to work in such conditions. The price/quality ratio is unacceptable for such a place.
Terrible experience. Room was right off the street and noisy. No AC (which is not uncommon in Europe), but the room was stifling hot so we had to sleep with the windows open. Neighborhood is questionable and run down with garbage everywhere. The only good thing was it was a very short walk to the metro station. Worst was the shower! No soap in the soap dispenser. Hand to use the handsoap from the sink. You push a button to get 20 seconds of water (I’m not exaggerating, I timed it!) and no way to control the temperature of the water. The water was nice and hot, but in the middle of summer during a heatwave, that’s the last thing you want! There is a reason they’re cheaper than everyone else!
The street where the hotel is located is very dirty, the rooms are very uncomfortable, there is no air conditioning, everything was dirty, the shower doesn't have a hot or cold option. There was no one to help and the number we called didn't answer.
Unsafe. Noisy at night. The complete opposite of comfortable. Please go bankrupt immediately.
