Café DeLux is a café-bar on the Melkmarkt, between the Grote Markt and the cathedral, that Patroc's 2026 Antwerp list includes among the city's gay bars. It's a classic brown café with a terrace at the front and another at the back by the church, a mixed crowd, and drag shows from time to time; it ran its own Pride DeLux party in August 2026. It opens daily from 11am until 2am, or 3am at weekends, so it works for a daytime beer as well as a late drink in the centre. Google rates it 4.3 from about 1,050 reviews.
