Everything was fine, the hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Thank you to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.

A cheap hotel, or at least in line with the location; the room smelled awful, like sewage. The bathroom was newly remodeled, but the smell was very unpleasant.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Hotel Windsor. Following my departure, an unauthorized transaction was processed on my card. My attempts to clarify this charge were met with unprofessional and aggressive behavior from your staff. Additionally, I must highlight two significant safety concerns: the dangerously narrow staircase and the presence of exposed electrical wiring. These conditions represent a major health and safety violation, particularly for guests traveling with children. I expect a prompt explanation regarding the unauthorized charge.

Had a really great stay at Hotel Windsor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The toilet was very spacious, and the room had good ventilation which made it pleasant and relaxing. The location is also very convenient - close to Brussels Midi station, nearby grocery stores, and not too far from the Grand Place. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again.

After checkout on 24 April 2026, Hotel Windsor charged extra money to my bank card without authorization or explanation. When I asked for clarification, the staff behaved rudely and in a bullying manner. The hotel has narrow stairs unsuitable for families and open, exposed electrical connections that are easily accessible, creating a serious electric shock hazard, especially for children. I do not recommend this hotel, particularly for families.

I left the hotel immediately after seeing my room. It was absolutely unacceptable. The room was dirty, full of flies, and clearly very outdated. What made it worse was a strange locked door inside the room with no explanation of where it led.. it felt unsettling and potentially unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. For the same price, you can easily find much better accommodation. Don’t take the risk.

It's a bit far from the train station, but it's walkable. If you only want the room, I think it's reasonable. It's close to the city center and tourist attractions, like the Manneken Pis statue. The room was small, and the bathroom and toilet were very small; if you don't mind that, it's an ideal hotel. The price was 85 euros for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). There's an elevator. There are no complimentary amenities in the room.

I would recommend that whoever is in charge of reception be a little friendlier.

It's in the Centre & a 2 star hotel, it's basic which is more than fine. 1 or 2 nights here is 100% fine, just the bathroom is a bit small but other than that, it was a perfectly fine place to stay at.
