Beautiful rooms in a house right on the Étang d'Ixellles. A very friendly host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

An exceptional house, a true gem of Brussels architecture. Sleeping here was a pleasure, and meeting Vincent, passionate and attentive, made the experience even more special. A place steeped in history, magnificently preserved.

I wish I didn’t have to write this, but unfortunately I received no further response from Vincent, and I now feel compelled to go to the police. We are a family who stayed in the green room at Maison Flagey Brussels for two nights, with our one-year-old daughter — while the elevator was out of order, which already made things quite difficult for us. The total agreed price for our stay was €380, which we paid in full. However, a second payment of €190 was taken from our account **without any explanation or authorization**. I contacted Vincent several times to try to resolve this matter, but he has not replied and has not refunded the sum. If this was a mistake, one might expect at least a basic explanation — but the silence raises serious concerns. One could legitimately ask: Is this intentional? Is it fraud? Guests should be warned. I unfortunately can’t recommend this place under these circumstances.

A B&B located in a beautiful Art Nouveau residence, with furnishings carefully selected and matched by the family. Each room features period fireplaces, each more beautiful than the last! The location is stunning, with breakfast featuring freshly squeezed juice and freshly baked croissants and baguettes, overlooking the lush green lakes of Ixelles, with parakeets flying by, and yet just steps from Place Flagey. The host is always there to greet you warmly and is very helpful. We will definitely return, and thank you for sharing these wonderful days with us. We highly recommend it, especially to those who love history and historic homes. This house has a precious soul, enhanced by its very kind owner, Vincent.

Beautiful Art Nouveau villa in a quiet location. Be sure to book a room with a balcony or terrace.

What a discovery. Everything was magnificent, from the listed house, the mosaic floors, and even the smallest decorative details. Vincent was extremely kind and interesting. His welcome was extremely personalized for our stay, which commemorated a very special date. Thank you so much.

The house has great architecture - Art Nouveau, which Brussels is proud of. Very authentic atmosphere, the bathroom is the size of a studio, the hosts are very nice, the atmosphere is artistic. You have a balcony overlooking a lake with swans.
