Classy location But very disappointed with the buffet. Starters were okay. But the hot meat and fish dishes were cooked very dry.
Service is bad.
On the recommendation of the Van Der Valk Hotel in Spa, I signed up as a member hoping my recommendations would be taken into account. The check-in staff were unfriendly, and I had to change rooms three times before finally getting one that met my requirements. The restaurant staff were arrogant, incompetent, and unprofessional. Fortunately, there were a few staff members who did their jobs well, were friendly and attentive, and corrected the mistakes of other employees. I advise the franchisee of this hotel to take a page from the book of their counterpart in Spa, whose hotel was also fully booked due to the Spa Grand Prix and the added stress of the heatwave.
Nice hotel with a lovely heated outdoor pool. The standard room is rather dated. However, it's only really convenient with the standard room; access to the wellness area is an extra charge. Good restaurant with a large terrace.
