Hôtel Verone Rocourt
Visitors frequently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly, helpful staff, with some highlighting the themed rooms. However, a significant complaint is the lack of English or Dutch speaking staff and poor communication, with one guest struggling for over a month to get an invoice.

Stay there for the festival with family, the room was very clean, the manager Rachel and Valentina at the reception was super friendly and helpful 👏
On a trip from Marseille to Rotterdam, we decided to spend a quick night here. Lovely cool room with air conditioning and a wonderful bed. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming.
The room was just ok if you don’t mind using very old stuff , but they are terrible in communication and service. They speak Just French and its so annoying. I have chased them for the invoice of my payment for more than a moth and could not get it. Its ridiculous that in a so called Hotel there is no one who can speak English or Dutch.
Perfect, I highly recommend it, lots of choice in themed rooms
Fantastic experience, perfect welcome, very clean and pleasant rooms, top-notch service, superb breakfast, and a very quiet location. I recommend it 100% and would definitely return.
6PM check-in? Are you insane? You need to hire more room attendants and get those rooms turned over. No thanks.
