Lambda, LGBTQ+ på Fyn is the volunteer-run association that has looked after queer Odense since 1993, and its bar and café at Brogade 3, just north of the pedestrian centre, is the only dedicated LGBTQ+ bar in the city. Don't expect a nightclub: it's a small members' association bar where volunteers pour cheap drinks and newcomers are easy to spot and talk to. The October 2026 calendar had the bar open on Thursdays from 19:00 and Fridays from 20:00, with a trans group (T-gruppen) on Thursdays at 18:30, counselling evenings and social groups on other nights. Hours move around with the volunteer rota, so check lambda.dk or the Lambda.Odense Facebook page before you go.

A truly exceptional place. The stuff is super friendly, the music is quite mild and allow people to converse. The whole vibe was so friendly and people were actually interested in getting to know the people who come in. If ever I'm back in Odense, this place will be a must revisit. Thank you for a wonderful time
