Huge huge sauna always full of people, it's really amazing there really is something for everyone don't listen to the other negative reviews and go and try it 😉

Disappointing experience. Unfriendly staff, no welcoming atmosphere, and exorbitant prices for the services offered. I won't be back.

Went in expecting a lot given all the hype, but reading about issues others were having we had the same thing happen to us. We were struggling with their archaic old lockers and because of this their completely unprofessional (and low brow) security staff pegged as as high or drunk. We were NOT. But that was it. We got kicked out. Not sure if drugs are a huge issue in France to warrant this aggressive behaviour. Regardless, we went straight to L'Ipmacte bar and a freaking blast. AVOID Sun City. The vibe at L'Impact is waaaaaay better.

The pool was freezing, and the small sauna was out of order. But that's not the worst part. They should at least warn us at reception before we pay so we're aware and not disappointed. As a result, nobody's there, and there's a bad atmosphere.

I'm honestly very disappointed with this sauna. The clientele practically all know each other. If you're new and don't fit the "norm," you definitely won't be accepted. On top of that, the showers don't have hot water from 8 PM to midnight, and the pool water is just as cold. The jacuzzi hasn't been repaired in years. The changing rooms are all incredibly dark. The only three rooms with a mirror are always occupied, and often filled with semen and condoms from being used so much… and there's very little cleaning. In short: very poor hygiene.

Incredible welcome, spotless, and the waiter was superb. Barman David was ready to do anything for you, always with a smile. Truly the place to be. I switched from IDM to Sun City, and I have no regrets. Truly, congratulations to the whole team!

First time in this sauna: my experience could have been very positive! The sauna is spacious, well-frequented, and uniquely decorated. The staff is attentive to customers, but unfortunately, I can only recall a traumatic experience—literally traumatic!! Indeed, in the darkness of the hammam, a practically invisible step is a real trap for users, resulting in two broken ribs for me!!!! Beware, other users! And also, beware, managers! This places a heavy responsibility on you towards your customers (and from what I gathered in the conversations I had immediately after my accident, other accidents have already occurred!). This needs to be redesigned!!

I went there with some hesitation after reading the reviews here, and was pleasantly surprised, as the sauna didn't seem particularly old-fashioned or dirty, nor did the staff seem particularly rude. I was also pleasantly surprised to see so many people on a Tuesday evening, with a very diverse clientele in every respect, so everyone could find something to enjoy. On the other hand, I found the atmosphere a bit cold and impersonal, without being able to put my finger on why. Perhaps it's due to the layout, which very clearly separates the (huge) cruising areas from the relaxation areas (two floors below, practically empty)?

The place is cool but the people who work there are VERY RUDE AND TOTALLY UNFRIENDLY. I am not coming back ever.
