Premier Inn Duisburg City Altstadt Hotel

This hotel doesn't allow check-in before 3:00 PM. They won't even let you in a single minute early, which is just ridiculous. At other hotels, if you arrive around 1:00 or 2:00 PM, they'll gladly check you into an available room. Here, they claim there are no clean, empty rooms before 3:00 PM, but that’s obviously a lie. The room itself was perfectly clean, no issues there, but I really didn't appreciate the hotel's rigid attitude. I definitely wouldn't stay here again….

Had an excellent stay here last night. Welcoming staff on a rainy night. 10 min walk from train station. Nice pizza in bar. Great sleep and shower and very good value too.

Convenient location, friendly staff and nicely designed rooms. The parking lot can feel a little tight in the evening but emptied out by morning time. Overall a very good hotel at affordable rate!

Really pleasant stay with great coffee and good breakfast. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had a family room and extra beds were regular size and ready made upon our check in. Premium teas selection at breakfast

No phone Not trolley No AC , even when I go down I told them them the ac is bad they said come morning we dont know what to do If its in summer dont come to this hotel. I suffered and I have infants and kids
