Premier Inn Duisburg City Altstadt Hotel

Great hotel, very well-maintained and in a very good location. The subway is a 2-minute walk away.

We highly recommend this hotel. The room was lovely, cool, and the air conditioning was adjustable, and it was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a peaceful night in a comfortable bed. The service was excellent throughout, characterized by genuine and refreshing friendliness! The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Parking was available in public areas or in the hotel's underground garage. The location is ideal for exploring the area.

Overnight stay near Düsseldorf Airport. Nice and school hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. Even late at night or early in the morning, we were still able to get a nightcap at the bar.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are comfortably furnished. We would especially like to commend the friendly and helpful staff, who always gave us a warm welcome. The central location is also ideal for exploring Duisburg and the nearby cities. A well-located hotel with convenient parking – we were able to park for free across the street, and there are also a few parking spaces right in front. The reception staff were friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The comfortable pillows and good mattresses, which ensured a good night's sleep, were particularly noteworthy. A refrigerator in the room would have been a nice addition.

Service is very poor. You can check in at exactly 3:00 PM. Not a minute earlier. As for the room, the room does not match the photos on the booking site. We had booked a superior double room. According to the photos, this room should have a balcony plus a separate living room en suite, according to the booking site. We received a very small room without a balcony and no en suite. According to the reception, a superior room only means a coffee machine in the room. So don't let the photos fool you! Photos added. The first photo is of the room we received. Great hotel for a city trip to Duisburg with a nice breakfast! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working properly for us... :/
