The manager/receptionist was amazing, probably the best encounter I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. The only reason for the 1 missing star is because the air conditioning was broken in both our rooms. We will come back and stay again, but not in the summer months.
I spent four nights at this hotel and was very disappointed with my stay. I didn't feel welcome from the moment I arrived. At check-in, I was immediately told that I would have to pay parking fees or move my car immediately. I explained that I would first take my luggage to my room and then move the car. Unfortunately, the staff showed no understanding or flexibility whatsoever. Later, I discovered that I had received a parking ticket for €35, even though I was in the middle of the check-in process and unloading my luggage. Overall, the service and hospitality were far below the standard one would expect from a hotel. My experience with customer service was very negative. I cannot recommend this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel for the Interpack trade fair in Düsseldorf. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was adequate, and it was quite good value for money. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. I was initially surprised that they charged for parking, but I realized that this is normal in the area. If you have a car, I recommend using the hotel's car park. You might get a fine if you park elsewhere. There is also a car park right across from the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied and would recommend it.
We only stayed one night. The night was quiet, the room was perfectly fine, nothing to complain about. Nicely furnished. The bathroom was small but adequate. Breakfast was good. Parking costs €15 per night, but there's also a Contipark directly opposite.
The price-performance ratio was excellent 👌 The hotel was generally clean and the beds were comfortable, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff was okay. I would recommend it.
