AIDS-Hilfe Duisburg/Kreis Wesel e.V. is the regional HIV and sexual-health organisation for Duisburg and the surrounding Kreis Wesel. Based at Bismarckstraße 67 in the Neudorf district, it offers confidential HIV and STI counselling and testing, including dedicated services by and for gay and bisexual men.
It is a support and prevention charity rather than a nightlife venue, but it is a useful and welcoming resource for LGBTQ+ visitors and residents who want counselling, testing, or a link into local community networks.
