Had a great stay at the Amus, the pink wave crew were brilliant, made our stay so much better. Complete entertainment from the moment we arrived, even twisted my arm into singing on the karaoke night. They were so attentive, always willing to speak and invite us to different events on at the pool and In the hotel. A credit to the hotel. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent from the main pool to the evening Rhodian bar. One of the best hotels we've been at for getting looked after. Most drinks are taken to order and brought to your seat quickly. Great stuff

We took a suite with a private pool, it was really wonderful! They clean and tidy the rooms every day, bring a small gift every day, wine, fruit, pamper you a lot, the hotel itself has large pools, everything is clean, not far from the hotel there are lots of restaurants and eating and drinking options. A few small things to improve: Cleanliness in the pool toilets, water pressure in the shower in the room sometimes dropped, and in the bathtub the water didn't drain as quickly. Overall I highly recommend the suite with the pool with a sea view! Fantastic!

I enjoyed my stay a lot ! Lots of activities very good, I appreciated a lot the animation team they have such good energy, especially Doriane the french girl. It's a shame it was very hot for some activities, with some shades it would be better for the pilates or stretching.

I was there for a month. Beautiful place. Rich breakfast. Excellent service. Really close to the sea and the center. And the rooms are large and spacious. I will definitely go back there.

A 5-star hotel 20 years ago, perhaps. We had booked for a week. The good points: Location (except for swimming; it's too windy on this side of the island). There are much nicer swimming spots on the island. Breakfast with a view. Clean hotel, comfortable bedding. The bad points: We had a room at the end of a corridor (at least three enormous corridors to cross to get there), next to the service entrances. It was very dark during the day. Regarding housekeeping, although we requested it via the sign on the door, we were forgotten several times, probably due to the room's location. We called to request fresh towels because of these oversights, and you have to call two or three times before your request is acknowledged. They don't seem to pass messages on at all. The room wasn't ready at 3:00 PM when we arrived. I was directed to the spa and told to relax there while I waited. When I arrived, everything was extra, nothing was included. Nice try, but a bad first impression. The shower door didn't close properly, flooding the bathroom. There was trash behind the balcony railing, despite our view being advertised as a "forest view," but in reality, it was just litter and the air conditioning was incredibly noisy. The double bed was actually two single beds that separated at the slightest movement. We chose this hotel for the tennis court, but it was a complete rip-off. The balls were worn and limp, the court was littered with cigarette butts and general filth, with carpet and a bit of sand on the ground. They were taking us for fools. As for the pool, it's supposed to close at 7 pm, but we were kicked out at 6:35 pm. The pools were empty at 45 pm, according to the lifeguard on duty, although some people did respect the advertised closing time. For the sea, this isn't the best side of the island; it's very windy, ideal for sailing only, but not for swimming. We paid for our one-day stay, and they refused to refund the tourist tax for the last day we didn't stay. They insisted the tourist tax must be paid in advance, otherwise they wouldn't give us the room key card, even though we had clearly stated this beforehand and that, as the name suggests, the tourist tax is only due if you actually stay. Finally, we wanted to eat by the pool at the restaurant, and our salads were served with cardboard cutlery, like at a train station. For a supposedly 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable. They wouldn't listen to reason, and I had to go back to the room to get proper cutlery. Finally, regarding car rental, remember to compare prices online; at the office by the elevator, it's more expensive for half the rental period. This hotel is large with many restaurants and a pool, but the service and outdated facilities prevent it from being a 5-star hotel.
