I went into this pharmacy to buy medication for my heart because I was experiencing tachycardia and feeling unwell. I didn't have my pill organizer with me at the time because I had come to pay for parking. They made me go to my car, which wasn't very close, to get the prescription, and I was experiencing tachycardia at that precise moment. After I brought the prescription, they didn't even say, "Sit down, we'll take your blood pressure and pulse." No, not at all: "Have a glass of water." I don't know if they were pharmacy students or interns, but they didn't seem like it. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to confirm the doctor's prescription, and then, after that eternity when your heart is racing and a second feels like an eternity, and you start to feel dizzy, they finally bring you the medication in a sealed bag with a label that you don't even know how to open. Of course, you tell them you need to take one NOW, and in a pharmacy, there's no water for patients. I don't know if it's because I come from the best country in the world where professionals are truly professional and don't miss a single detail in customer service, or where they are genuinely empathetic and put themselves in your shoes in a moment like that. Or maybe this is the ONLY COUNTRY in the world that, with so many tourists and enormous income from them, allows them to act like this when selling medication for THE HEART. We need to check if this happens all over the country or just in that specific pharmacy?
