Hotel Master

I found no flaws, and we were definitely impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I wouldn't give it a perfect rating because it's a four-star hotel, and I would have expected more. The location is excellent for sleeping; we were on the ground floor, so there was no street noise. It's not far from the city center, but walking through a fairly deserted area is a breeze, so I'd recommend using a car anyway.

Professionalism and environment

Nice hotel, always available for reception, spacious and well-stocked room: extra pillows, duvet, slippers, kettle with herbal teas, minibar. Full bathroom with a practical and spacious shower. Cleanliness was good. Varied and well-stocked breakfast. Recommended.

Very kind

A month ago, I left a review for a weekend stay at this property, reporting a problem with the spa: despite having booked it, we found it cold, and therefore couldn't enjoy the experience as planned. At that time, I also expressed disappointment at the lack of a refund for the amount paid in advance, believing that there hadn't been enough customer service. A few days later, however, I was pleasantly surprised: the hotel contacted us and sent us a discount coupon for a future stay at another property in their chain. This gesture demonstrates customer service and is certainly a credit to the Hotel Master organization. Thank you for your efforts.

We stayed for Easter, everything was perfect. There were four of us, and they gave us two adjacent rooms with two bathrooms. It was fantastic! We also used the spa, we had a wonderful time. Congratulations! 👍

We stayed the weekend of March 27-28, 2026. The hotel is lovely and located 1 km from the historic center. The room was excellent; ours even had a lovely corner hot tub. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the spa. We had booked the first session from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. together with the room (€20 per person), but when we entered, everything was completely cold!!! The Turkish bath was turned off, the sauna was barely warm, and the water in the pool was cold. Even the water for herbal tea was cold!!! So we left immediately. We reported the problem to the reception: the manager admitted the mistake (the spa wasn't turned on due to forgetfulness), but they still refused us a refund for the two entrances, even though we weren't able to use the service (it was offered later, but we had to return home). A real shame, because the facility is worth it, but this management shows no concern for the customer. In fact, we lost €40 for a service booked and paid for well in advance, without being able to use it.
